If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or if you believe something is wrong with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned item, you may choose one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A replacement product sent back to you

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@sonochi.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
